    Visual Radio Assist Cloud is available again. Between 9:45 and 10:01 UTC, requests to the platform timed out. Server apps reconnect automatically. If a studio still shows as offline, restart the server app. We will share a follow-up once the root cause review is done.

    We are investigating an outage of Visual Radio Assist Cloud. The web app, server apps (Core, Audio Manager, Output Player) and integrations cannot reach the platform. Requests time out. Local playout on studio machines keeps running, but changes made in the cloud will not reach the studio until this is resolved.

    We will post an update within 30 minutes.
